Working with Irene was organic, deep and set up a process of accessing hidden parts of myself that was different than other work I had done. I valued Irene's style of listening, staying grounded and present even when I avoided and floated away. She remained sensitive to my weaknesses and strengths.

Prior to working with Irene, I tried many different modalities to help me with my challenges. I worked with a therapist, practiced and studied Buddhism, participated in Shamanic healing circles, and took sessions with mediums. These practices provided temporary relief, but never addressed the root of my problems so I continued living life with lots of physical and emotional pain. I suffered from daily anxiety attacks, low energy, and a sleeping disorder. However, after taking sessions with Irene, I managed to improve my physical and emotional health, my anxiety attacks disappeared and I no longer take medication.
